Background

These days the communication between user and devices is very advanced and runs on digital assistants mostly. At this point the usage of devices gets very intuitive for user. Little tasks or requests can execute with digital assistants already and makes easier file applications or to select an appoinment. A digital assistant can be used in connection with other system as well and support request can be answered on faster and more direct way. Also the function e.g. personal talk with an employee of public service can be realised by the digital assistant.
